Armor Mental Performance is a curriculum and training program for coaches, athletes, and teams, designed to develop mental discipline for sports and life beyond the playing field. AMP video lessons and training materials are designed to help players develop skills such as confidence, composure, and focus, while building foundations of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
How does it work?
AMP is designed for use by coaches, teams, or individual athletes.
This curriculum helps developing athletes tackle a variety of common challenges, offering guidance and practices to address those challenges. Athletes, coaches, and parents gain access to AMP’s course videos and training materials through the AMP curriculum service.
